Balanced means a size difference of at most one
After shuffling, entries are distributed across teams in turn. When an exact equal split is impossible, only the minimum necessary teams receive one extra person.

Paste one person per line, choose a number of teams or a maximum team size, and BeanNest securely shuffles before distributing people so team sizes differ by at most one.

If two people share the same displayed name, both occurrences remain in the source and both are assigned to a team. Add your own distinguishing text when you need to tell them apart.
